1. Basic Tier (Non-Exclusive / Indie License)

  • Scope of Use: Perfect for original beat placements, independent releases, and streaming on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud) up to 50,000 streams.

  • Deliverables: High-quality 24-bit / 44.1kHz WAV files (Dry & Wet stems, clearly labeled with BPM and musical key).

  • Rights & Royalties: Non-exclusive rights. Multiple producers may license this vocal asset. Standard publishing split agreements apply (50/50 writer's share split) for commercial streaming releases.

2. Pro Tier (Commercial & Sync License)

Best for established producers, commercial releases, indie films, and professional media projects.

  • Scope of Use: Designed for professional commercial releases with higher streaming allowances up to 500,000 streams, indie film soundtracks, television broadcast placement, corporate advertising, and digital ad campaigns.

  • Deliverables: Pristine studio-quality multitracks and stems (Dry/Wet vocal stems, instrumental mixes, and alternate takes).

  • Rights & Royalties: Non-exclusive commercial & sync rights with expanded stream and broadcast allowances. Streamlined clearance for media sync licensing, with standard 50/50 writer's share publishing splits.

3. Exclusive Tier (Master & Publishing Buyout)

Best for major label releases, high-profile synks, television series, and feature films requiring sole ownership.

  • Scope of Use: Grants you sole commercial ownership of the specific vocal recording. Once purchased, the vocal asset is permanently retired from the VOCOLO marketplace, ensuring complete exclusivity for your project. Ideal for major artist releases and premium sync placements.

  • Deliverables: Full broadcast-ready master stems, alternate vocal takes, harmonies, and comprehensive metadata documentation.

  • Rights & Royalties: Exclusive master ownership and an exclusive buyout with 50/50 publishing. Terms include dedicated buyout agreements tailored to your production contract.
